I thought I might make Saturdays my "remix" days, since I like to take the weekend off from posting outfits. I've talked about this skirt quite a bit before, but I'll repeat myself: it's a secondhand buy for around $5 that I almost didn't purchase because it just didn't seem very practical. However, I have gotten a lot of wear out of it and it's become one of my favorite pieces to reach for when stumped for outfit ideas.

this is lovely and I must admit its one of my favorite pieces to see you include in your outfits.
Just gorgeous... and who knew a mustard skirt could work so damn hard?

this is why I love your blog, you take a piece of clothing that most people wouldn't get (like you almost did) and turn it into such a versatile option!
The colour is so amazing :) Love seeing your remixes :D
This is such a great colour on you, love all the different ways you've styled it. My favourite outfit is the fourth photo!
I love when you find random pieces of clothing that just seem eternally useful.
It helps that it's an awesome colour.
Oh, yes! This is a great skirt. I read a lot of blogs, so I often forget certain pieces that people where often, but I remember each and every one of these outfits!
This skirt looks so good on you! And the color is really trendy right now, but not so trendy that you won't be able to wear it later.
I can't believe it was only $5!
That skirt is amazing! There are so many wonderful ways to wear it and you always pull it off!

lovely...
The colour is fantastic! Is it leather? I can't believe you've made a mustard leather skirt entirely versatile and a little bit covetable :)
Oh I like when you do this! I love seeing how many times you've changed something around. And I'm such a fan of that skirt.
oooh! nice skirt...
love when you associate it with that green and white blouse!
kisses

I seriously want that skirt so bad. Love the color so much!
love, polly
Wow, that was certainly a bargain. I adore the colour.
It's the perfect shade of yellow- it transcends all seasons!
yes that skirt really is a dream and you sure know how to dress it up <3
it's funny, I am not into yellow really, but I just love this skirt, especially when paired with black! All great outfits, but my fave is the top right - love how the batwing sleeves contrast the cut of the skirt.
I love whenever you bring out this skirt; it's so different and such an amazing colour.

Funny how practical some items end up being! I think number 5 is my favorite combo!
LOVE the leather skirt! http://idontwearjeans.blogspot.com/
I can't believe you got that skirt for only $5! What a steal! It's such a great color. You've really been able to pair it with a lot of different tops. Ugh you're making me want to go thrifting again! LOL

Love especially the forth one!
hope you had a great weekend rebecca!

Cute and ladylike as always~
First time here
I like your style! I've been wanting to get something yellowish. I think dark blue really matches with the yellow. I like the second the checkers and ribbon belt one the most.
Argh I wanna get bangs as well!
Love the styling with this mustard skirt! So chic and elegant
Who new that one could work so much magic with one mustard hued skrit. I can't pick a favourite I adore them all. I love your hair in its deep red stage!
